Another Hanafiah’s boy, Christopher, asked Kianti to be his girl friend. He never asked thing like that before. He didn’t have to, anyway. Any girl would come without his calling. Which insane girl would turn him down ? He was a cool guy, smart, rich, and famous. But Kianti said no and offered a friendship instead. Having no other choice, he accepted it without giving up to find the true reason why she refused him. Was it because of Kei, someone Kianti knew while she was in Japan?
The fact was that Kianti got a kind of heart disease which threatened her life. And that answered all questions. She didn’t want anyone to feel sorry for, especially Chris. The rest of the story was just a process from denying the feeling to finally making promise to go to “the real Venice” someday. But too bad Kianti was never made it.
To heal himself, Chris came to his cousin Diaz (that Diaz of Lukisan Hujan) to join his dojo.
